报告题目一：From real numbers to Banach spaces and Banach algebras
报告摘要：In this talk, we study the properties of real numbers with algebraic structure and norm properties to construct real vector space and real normed vector space and real Banach space. To investigate them, we need Cauchy sequence and convergent sequence. Furthermore, we study complex vector space and complex normed space and complex Banach space and related metric (Frechet) spaces and linear maps in real vector spaces and in complex vector spaces.
Furthermore, we study (complex) Banach algebras and linear maps in complex Banach algebras, which contain algebra homomorphisms and algebra derivations in Banach algebras. Furthermore, we study almost additive maps in Banach spaces and almost linear maps in Banach algebras and the stability problem is introduced.
主讲人简介：Chungil Park has accomplished his doctoral degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and is currently working as a professor at Hanyang University. He is working for several journals such as Journal of Nonlinear Science and Applications and Journal of Computational Analysis and Applications as the associate editors. His main research topics include operator algebras, functional inequalities, functional equations, non-commutative geometry, fixed point theory and fuzzy mappings. He has published a number of academic articles on international journals related to operator algebras, functional inequalities, functional equations, non-commutative geometry, fixed point theory and fuzzy mappings. Within the last twenty years, he has successfully published more than 650 articles on SCI-E journals.
